TriAxis has experience programming and working with many protective relays including SEL, ABB, GE, Cooper Form 6, and others. We frequently provide SEL distance, overcurrent and differential relay settings for clients. We have developed custom Cooper Form 6 programs to provide automatic islanding of a geothermal generation plant and to provide voltage and current supervision to under-frequency schemes. For one client, TriAxis configured a simple SCADA system using a Phonetics SCADA 3000 RTU. This RTU accepts 16 to 144 inputs, performs data logging and automatic report generation, and can notify the client of alarms via phone or radio using voice messages, fax messages, email, and pager. This particular client wanted notification if equipment temperature exceeded a preset limit. Different people would be notified depending on the day of the

week and time of day. Minor alarms were to be by fax only; critical alarms were to be by fax and voice messages directly to cell phones. TriAxis can provide special customized solutions using off-the-shelf equipment.
