In addition to using specifically designed engineering software packages, our engineers can develop specialized analyses using standard software packages. One TriAxis client needed a quick investigation into the impacts of capacitor switching in a noisy electrical environment. Falling back to the fundamental engineering model, TriAxis was able to quickly develop a simulation of the capacitor switching using Excel. The model verified phenomena measured in the real system, provided the client with a solid understanding of the underlying principals, and aided in identifying possible solutions.
