This 230-kV single-circuit overhead transmission line runs between the Phase II 3A Substation and the Phase II 4B Substation.  The line is 3.9 miles long and is built primarily with tubular-steel poles.  The tangent structures are H-Frame, and the large angles and deadends were constructed with single pole and 3-pole self-supported structures.  The conductor is (2) 1272 kcmil 45/7 ACSR Bittern per phase.

This transmission line route crosses under two existing 500-kV transmission lines and over one 69-kV transmission line.
